What size storage unit do I need?
We know it can be tricky to visualize how your belongings will fit into an empty space! You can use our Space Planner page to get a great estimate. If you’re still unsure, just give us a call or stop by the office. Our team is always happy to talk through your inventory and recommend the most cost-effective size for your needs.
What is the minimum lease period?
We believe in offering you total flexibility, so all of our rentals are strictly month-to-month. There are no long-term commitments! When you move in, you’ll simply pay a pro-rated charge for the remainder of that current month, plus a one-time $40.00 administrative fee. Best of all, there is no deposit required to get started.
When can I access my storage unit?
You can access your belongings from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, seven days a week, 365 days a year—including all holidays. We want to make sure you can get to your things precisely when it works for your schedule.
How secure is the facility?
Keeping your belongings safe is our top priority. Our fully fenced facility features personalized keypad gate access, excellent property lighting, and a network of advanced, smart security cameras providing continuous, high-definition monitoring across the premises.
Can I pay my rent online?
Absolutely. For your convenience, you can click the ‘Online Payment’ tab on our website to log in to your tenant profile using your unit number and PIN. We also highly recommend our worry-free automatic payment option, which securely charges your card on the first of every month so you never have to think about it. Give our office a quick call if you’d like us to set that up for you!
Where can I buy packing supplies?
Save yourself an extra trip to the store! We stock a wide variety of high-quality boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and other packing essentials right here at the facility. Drop by our office during business hours, and we’ll be glad to help you find exactly what you need in our merchandise and supply room.
Do I need insurance for my stored items?
No, it is not required, however maintaining insurance coverage on your stored property is a highly recommended. You are welcome to use your existing renters or homeowners insurance policy if it covers off-site storage, or we can easily help you set up an affordable, dedicated tenant insurance policy when you sign your lease.
What items are prohibited from being stored?
For the safety of our facility and our community, we do not allow the storage of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, perishable foods, or any illegal items. If you ever have a question about whether a specific item is allowed, please just ask!
