What size do I need?

What is the minimum lease period?
Here at State Street Storage we believe in offering as much flexibility to our tenants as possible. The minimum lease period is one month and is extended on a month-to-month basis. The day that you rent the unit a pro-rate charge plus a one-time $20.00 administrative/move-in fee will occur. No deposit needed!
What hours can I access my storage space?
State Street Storage property hours are from 7AM to 7PM everyday even on holidays.
Can I pay my rent online?
Yes, you can. Please click on the ‘Online Payment’ tab to login to your tenant profile using your unit number and online PIN. We also offer automatic payments where we place your credit on file and charge it on the first of every month. Please call the office for more details.
Where can I buy packing supplies?
To make your move easier we offer a variety of boxes and other packing supplies for sale. Please come by the office and we’ll be happy to assist you in accessing our merchandise and supply room during office hours.
